Incomplete Data Report Explanations
November 29, 1999

Incomplete Data Summary Report

This is a single page report for an individual company. Insure-Rite requires a fixed set of data elements to be submitted for each policy record submitted to us. This report states the total number of times each element is determined to be "incomplete" according to our testing program.

To receive this report either contact us or have the "WantsIncompleteDataReportSummaries" option set to "true", under the appropriate contact persons’ section(s), in the "Electronic Data Submission Labeling" which is sent with your Electronic Data Submissions.

Incomplete Data Detail Report

This is also somewhat of a summary report but it can span multiple pages. It was developed to be small enough to fax but to contain enough information to actually give the insurance company receiving it something to work with. This report provides a list, by data element, that shows the exact "incomplete" contents of the element in question as well as the number of records in which it occurred and one policy number in which it occurred.

To receive this report either contact us or have the "WantsIncompleteDataReportSummaries" option set to "true", under the appropriate contact persons’ section(s), in the "Electronic Data Submission Labeling" which is sent with your Electronic Data Submissions.

Incomplete Data Listing

This report can be lengthy so it is rarely of faxable length. It can be sent by e-mail. It is a complete listing, by data element, of every occurrence of "incomplete" content. The policy number is included with each occurrence.
