Welden L. Daines is a Certified Public Accountant and a partner of Daines & Associates, CPA in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Mr. Daines also serves as the Vice-president of Insure Rite, Inc. and is a member of their Board of Directors.

Mr. Daines is the former chairman for the IRS & Utah Association of CPA's Liaison Committee. He is currently a member of the following organizations: American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) Tax Section, Estate Planning Council and University of Utah Gifting Committee.

Mr. Daines holds a B.S. Degree in accounting from the University of Utah. He is also a holder of various certificates of professional designation relating to tax and audit functions. He is also a board member of the Merrill Lynch Bank USA.
