Explanation of Labeling
Elements
Rundate
This is the date the data was extracted from
the production computer and should be as close to 1st and 15th of
each month for personal lines; and, the 1st of each month for commercial lines. The respective deadlines are
the 7th and the 21st for personal lines, and the 7th for commercial lines.
Coverage Month
This is the calendar year and month for which "in force" coverage
is being reported.
Submission Month
This is the year and month for which data is
being submitted.
4-digit code assigned
by Insure-Rite, Inc.
This is also referred to as "Control Code"
or "Assigned Code". This unique code is assigned to an individual
insurance company when it first starts submitting data to
Insure-Rite. That company keeps and uses this code whenever
submitting data or communicating with Insure-Rite. An insurance
company group may be made up of several companies which each have
their own unique code. These codes are never assigned at the insurance company group
level.
WantsIncompleteDataReportSummaries
By setting this equal to "true" you are asking
that an "Incomplete
Data Summary" report be sent to the person listed in the same
section.
WantsIncompleteDataReportDetail
By setting this equal to "true" you are asking
that an "Incomplete
Data Detail" report be sent to the person listed in the same
section
Other submission level labeling elements exist but are either
self-explanatory (i.e. Last Name) or are defined elsewhere.
